10 dynamic practice designs to increase learning and transfer

This presentation provides a simple language and framework to help players focus their attention on what it takes to win more points in a match, and is based on research from the field of ecological dynamics. Each practice design includes a diagram, an explanation of the game, and video of examples of players of different ages and stages playing the games, from beginner red stage players, through to US college players. The games in this 60 minute presentation specifically focus on serving and returning, and will help increase transfer from the practice court to the match court.
