The two days covered attacking and defending, causing trouble by moving forward, and putting pressure on the opponent whether you’re ahead or behind in the match.

Fantastic to be a part of the @mytenniscoaching virtual coaching conference last week among a line-up of world class coaches.
Matt presented a series of serve and return activities using an ecological dynamics lens to inform practice design and increase the transfer from the practice court to the match court.
He also had the opportunity to interview Louis Cayer and take a deep dive into his approach, which has been so unbelievably successful at the highest level of the game.
